Enroll in Beauty Row's training program to become a licensed manicurist. To obtain a manicurist license in Texas, you must be at least 17 years old, complete a 600-hour training program at an approved school, and pass both written and practical exams. Licenses are issued by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) and must be renewed every two years.
